By accessing or using MakePost ("Service"), operated by ProductShake, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

MakePost is a social media management platform that allows users to:

Upload and manage video and image content
Schedule and publish content to connected social media accounts
Track analytics and performance metrics
Generate AI-powered scripts and captions (where available)

3. Account Registration

To use MakePost, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Subscription and Billing

MakePost offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the applicable subscription fees
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing period ends
No refunds for partial months of service

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can manage your subscription through the billing portal.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to MakePost. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content to connected social media platforms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Contain harmful, abusive, or offensive material
Violate the terms of service of connected platforms

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Upload malicious code or content
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Third-Party Platforms

MakePost integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these platforms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductShake, LLC and MakePost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, failed posts, or platform account issues.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
